Replacements
We take customer satisfaction seriously. Please inspect your Tabz package carefully upon arrival to ensure that it has not been damaged during shipping. Any claims for damaged products must be made within 3 days of receipt by emailing us at support@tabz.com. You will need to provide detailed information, including images, for any product damaged during shipping to be eligible for a replacement order.
Refunds will not be issued for products damaged during shipping without proof of damage.
Returns & Refunds
You may request a refund of the full purchase price of your returned product (minus shipping costs). Returns and refunds must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will issue a credit to your original payment method. Funds are usually returned within 5–7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please ensure that your order details are correct before completing your purchase. If you receive the wrong product, notify us at support@tabz.com within 48 hours of receipt.
