Shipping Policy

Check out the information below for quick answers to common questions. If you have any further questions about your shipment, please contact us at support@tabz.com.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination zip code. Please confirm your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Incorrect or partial addresses may result in delays or lost shipments.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers typically become active on the carrier’s website within 24–48 hours.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur. Please note that carriers do not deliver on Sundays.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives with visible damage caused during shipping, contact us at support@tabz.com within 3 days of receipt to request a replacement. Include photos of the damage, as well as the packaging. Save all materials until the replacement process is complete.

Refunds will not be issued for products damaged during shipping without proof of damage.
